"Langfang is making every effort to build a new pattern of one core and two poles digital economy development, which is making the core of the central region get better and stronger, and the north and south poles radiate and drive other places, enabling and strengthening the high-quality development of the city." Langfang is located between Beijing and Tianjin, with unique geographical advantages. It is one of the important places to undertake industrial transfer in Beijing. As early as 2009, Langfang has prospectively laid out the digital industry and planned a big data industrial park covering an area of 3.32 square kilometers. At present, 945,000 square meters of data centers, 69,700 operating cabinets and 1.05 million servers have been built here. The big data industrial cluster represented by Huawei, Runze, Unicom, PICC and JD has taken shape.

Over the years, Langfang has seized the opportunity of national efforts to develop the industrialization of new generation information technology, such as big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, 5G, and new display, strengthened top-level planning and design, actively introduced cultivation projects, promoted the interaction between digital industrialization and industrial digitalization, and constantly stimulated the new momentum of economic and social development of the city. In 2021, the city's electronic information industry achieved a main business income of 49.88 billion Chinese yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.5%, accounting for 21% of the total in Hebei Province.

The central urban area should build a core leading area of digital economy. The three northern counties should build a digital growth pole integrating Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and the three southern counties should build a digital application and transformation and upgrading pole. The new "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" for the Development of Digital Economy in Langfang City (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan") proposed that the scale of the city's digital economy should be significantly expanded by 2025 with the focus on building a "one core and two poles" digital economy development pattern. It has significantly enhanced its contribution to economic and social development, becoming an important carrier of Beijing and Tianjin digital industry transfer, an important supporting point for the digital economy development of Xiong'an New Area, a famous information industry city in northern China, and a leading digital economy highland in Hebei.

Lv Jiankang, general manager of the company, said that their products have now entered the supply chain of FAW, BAIC, BMW and other famous OEMs.

Focus on digital industrialization and industrial digitalization. The three southern counties in Langfang (Wen'an, Bazhou and Dacheng) are the key areas of "industrial digitalization" in the development of Langfang's digital economy, which are home to China’s famous industrial clusters of wood-based panels, steel and wood furniture, thermal insulation and energy-saving materials. According to the Plan, the three southern counties focuses on promoting the digital and intelligent transformation of distinctive industries such as steel and wood furniture, plastic products and thermal insulation materials, and creating a digital application and transformation and upgrading pole.

On the trunk roads of Langfang Airport Economic Zone, a black 5G AI patrol car is often seen performing tasks on the streets. Langfang vigorously advances the implementation of cloud computing, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and other innovative applications, enabling economic and social fields. On the big data platform of Haihong Environmental Protection, the data of temperature, wind, pressure, precipitation, sand and dust at 90 observation points in the city are collected to predict air quality. Through remote sensing map, people can view the illegal construction of homestead, river regulation, forest land occupation, and garbage stacking. "Smart government" realizes online approval service, fully relies on the one window platform, and realizes "fingertip" throughout the whole process...
